Cofounder Tom Inokuchi has been Vice President of Engineering since iControl’s inception. Mr. Inokuchi is the primary software engineer in support of iControl’s real time simulation system, which is presently being used for flight qualification of software for the International Space Station. He is also the principle engineer in charge of the iGATE product line. In addition to his technical responsibilities, Mr. Inokuchi is in charge of key personnel that support iControl’s research and development objectives.
Mr. Inokuchi has worked in the technical industry for nearly 20 years. His resume reflects extensive experience in project management; including a position as the primary reviewer of his own product line, and engineering lead in charge of technical staff at Underwriter's Laboratories Incorporated. For the past 15 years, Mr. Inokuchi has been a contributing team member, working with real time simulation systems which emphasize object oriented programming. He has worked on projects involving the Space Shuttle program as well as several private ventures.
Tom Inokuchi graduated with honors from California State University, San Jose, where he earned a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Digital Design with a minor in Computer Science, Mathematics.
