mLOCK Applications

The below clips demonstrate how the mLOCK provides complete worldwide monitoring and tracking, as well as streamlines supply chain management. (Note: you may need to click on the video to display the video clip controls)

Identifying "Trusted Zones"
(Time: 45 seconds)

When the mLOCK is commissioned for a trip, the user identifies trusted geo-zones (areas the mLOCK can be opened without generating an alarm). This allows the cargo to be transferred between suppliers without the mLOCK uploading its data via a fixed reader. Because these zones are predefined by the user, in-transit assets can move smoothly throughout the supply chain, improving efficiency and increasing the user's return on investment.

Alarm Notifications
(Time: 59 seconds)

The mLOCK sends alarm notifications based on the user's specifications. The user can commission the mLOCK to detect  and send alerts for unauthorized intrusions, exceeded maximum trip times, and more. Also, the mLOCK is equipped with worldwide communication capabilities, so alarm notifications can be sent to the user in real time.

In-bond Shipping Notifications
(Time: 1 minute)

The mLOCK's monitoring, tracking, and security features can be utilized by customs and border officials when tracking in-bond shipments. An in-bond shipement is one arriving in the United States, destined for another country, and remains bonded while in transit. The mLOCK is attached at the U.S. port of entry and provides visibility for officials to ensure safe transit and collect usage fees while in the U.S. The mLOCK is removed and available for reuse upon the cargo exiting the U.S.
