Diane E. Quick
Vice President, Business Development
Ms. Quick brings a combination of Internet management, business development and controls engineering experience to iControl. Ms. Quick has been responsible for establishing strategic partnerships, identifying market and product requirements, and authoring winning proposals, with the most notable being the Marine Asset Tag Tracking System (MATTS) project for the Department of Homeland Security.
In 1997, she joined Exodus Communications Inc. where she managed a team responsible for over 400 colocation customers, including GeoCities, eBay, and Lycos. She was involved in the site planning, installation, and growth management of these companies' rapidly expanding webserver farms.
Previous to joining Exodus, Ms. Quick held both business development and engineering positions at Integrated Systems Inc. (ISI), a leader in controls software and real-time operating systems. While at ISI (now WindRiver), Ms. Quick spearheaded the development of new business opportunities for the Advanced Systems Group which required involvement and expertise in the product lifecycle from marketing requirements to technical support.
Ms. Quick graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. She was a member of MIT’s Space System Laboratory that specialized in the development and test of remote satellite servicing robots.
